The Placement Opportunity Program (POP) is a first-of-its-kind exclusive to Sunstone’s SSM and SST programs. Under POP, every student is provided with 200+ job opportunities to apply for placements. If Sunstone is unable to provide these opportunities, students are entitled to a 100% refund of their 1st year tuition fee.

Under the Placement Opportunity Program (POP), a "job opportunity" refers to a verified opening from Sunstone's recruiter network. These opportunities are carefully screened by Sunstone to ensure they're relevant for the students. This ensures every opportunity shared with students has genuine placement potential.

Sunstone placed over 5000+ students across India with a network of 1,200+ recruiters. To help students get placed, 200+ hours of training, simulations, interview prep, and advanced certifications are included in the program. Last year, the top 25% of the batch secured an average package of ₹7.1 LPA, while 50% of the batch received offers above ₹5.6 LPA. With over 80% of the batch already placed and placements still ongoing, the outcomes speak for themselves.

BTech and BCA students follow the Placement Readiness Programme — 2 hours of daily DSA practice, 550+ hours of structured coding training (BCA), 100+ hours of interview preparation, mock coding rounds, and portfolio building with 300+ LeetCode problems solved and a professional GitHub profile.

It is imperative that students clear their dues on time to avoid any issues in attending classes & appearing for examination. However, In case of government schemes & loans, if any exception has to be taken only for the first sem - it can be taken with due approval of management.

Every student gets 200+ job opportunities during placements. If fewer than 200 opportunities are received within 6 months of graduation, the 1st-year tuition fee is refunded — subject to eligibility criteria. Placement data is audited by B2K Analytics, official auditor for IIM Ahmedabad, with 1,400+ offers received and 1,170+ offers from legacy recruiters.

Already enrolled students are also eligible to upgrade for the same offering once they submit their first sem fees before the due date, their offer letter can be re-released from the system.
